To get started, I will come to your home to take pictures of the exterior. We’ll spend about an hour together and discuss what your goals and preferences. I’ll then return to my office and prepare several renderings and budgets for your consideration. We will review the renderings and I will then develop a final plan that can be used to work with me as a project manager or with a landscaper to get the job completed within your budget. The price of this service depends on the scope of your project and usually ranges from $295 to $495.
